Right that is that done if it goes teets up its your fault di :rotfl:

Lets hope they dont do it as a new claim from today rather than the 2 weeks ago i originally sent it.. I do have tracking numbers so can prove it wasnt a first communication.

Barclays have given me till 8th November :mad: and want me to fill in one of those questionnaires as initially i only sent an email saying.." can i have my money back please you theiving barstewards" :mad:
bit peeved about that one but its one of the smaller ones, this A&L is one loan and Black Horse was 2 loans so clearly the bigger ones which they said be back in touch within 2 weeks and that's up tomorrow so ive emailed them already :rotfl:


Have we had much joy from Black Horse does anyone know? aka lloyds isnt it?

Yes make them aware its a reclaim complaint made from date XX/XX/XXXX and you understand they are dealing with them.

Barclays are one of those who sends the forms going by other posts on here, so good luck with these as well, tell them what for.:D

I had lots of dealings with Lloyds and have been successful up to now, with another 2 ongoing, so hopefully they will go the same way too, and yeah they are related to the Black Horse, good luck on yours. xx;):j

MBNA would appear to be paying out a lot of claims (1 paid out and awaiting the outcome of another) However reading through the threads Ive not seen many Lloydstsb claism for credit cards ? Im at week 12 with my claim (4 weeks left !) but wondered if anyone had been successful with Lloydsat all ?

Its raining here in Edinburgh but here's hoping I get some good news today.

Quick question, If they are going to turn down your claim would they make you wait the full 16 weeks? I am 2 1/2 weeks away from finding out the fate of my CC claim.

Unfortunately the banks appear to be a law unto themselves in this matter, they vary greatly but I'm afraid it is entirely possible you could be made to wait 16 weeks to receive a rejection

Though of course you would still be able to place the complaint with the FOS if that did happend

Right, getting frustrated and pleased with all the MBNA complaints that are being upheld as the time for my complaint was 28/7/11. (final date for completion)
Have called and requested manager call back after call back but getting nowhere.

Does anyone have the CEO email address please please please.
