If I want to get a copy of my agreement for a Dorothy Perkins store card and a Topshop Store Card is it Santander I should be writing too?
I bank with santander so if I sent a SAR and £10 would they send me everything they have including the store card data which was initial GE Capital/Money?
Cheers! :beer:0 -

Hi there
I assume it would be santandar, unless someone clarifies otherwise, if you SAR them, I would therefore enclose both account numbers then to make sure they send all data related to those accounts.
There's a full SAR letter below if you want to use that one.

Good luck.
I would also like to add, that a SAR is optional, and if you know you were sold and mis sold PPI, you can make a reclaim by just using the account numbers.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Thanks Di. GE had turned my complaints down so both these are with FOS who said Santander are saying too long ago blah blah and they have contacted the underwriters instead.
I just want to see if they have the paperwork really so I have something to back it up. Do you think it's a waste of effort asking?0 -

Arh I see, I also have one within the FOS that have gone the underwriters direction as well, good luck on this.
Well there is no harm in trying with a SAR, if they're unable to provide anything they "must" return you're payment with a letter to explain.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Can you email your questionaire to the FOS or does it have to be snail mail? I have been told by EGG that I'd agreed to the PPI when I signed up for my credit card.0

Hi
I don't know how EGG works, but with Lloyds it can be done by email, hopefully someone who have had dealings with them will confirm, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi, MBNA have just upheld my PPI complaint:j:j, how can I work out how much I can hope to receive? CC was at £12000, had this for 6 year.
Cheer for any help in this matter....
I took this out in 2000 and PPI was stopped in 2006, the CC is settled. The rate of the card was 16.9%.
Any calculations would be greatly appreciated.:D0 -
trying to reclaim ppi from yorkshire bank. They sent a letter 4 weeks ago saying they would be in touch over the next 4 weeks however that period has now elapsed and no word from them. How long should I give them? Should I be bombarding them with e/snail mail?0

If they said they would be in touch within 4 wks and its now past 4 wks, i would chase them up. Give them a call or email or get the carrier pigeon ready for a letter drop.;)
