Thanks and keep it simple only used the first Template letter and based my claim on the PPI , we were never given the option but now its seems its optional when you check out First PLUS website. We did not need FOS First Plus were very quick to reply. We Wish everyone the same sucesss if you need a copy of my lettter please get in touch.

Hi Dorien, thanks for the advise, when i spoke to them to get figs, they said they were doing a group of us altogether as a project. And would be paying us all out as one. However i will try this and see what happens. Will let you know what they say.

I have sent my letter to HFC but no idea if we will get anything back as loan was taken out in 2003 period prior to what they were fined for, but am hoping we will get a refund on the basis that my husband was/is self employed which they were made aware of

Hello All,

I am very happy and delighted to be saying that i have just recieved a letter from Halifax agreeing to pay out £1,603.

I am also in the process of claiming back my credit card repayments as well.

All it took was one letter and its made my christmas a great one

So thank you Martin and your team so much!

Well done on your claim, do you mind me asking when you wrote your first letter as I am still waiting to hear from Halifax, I wrote to them on 17th November.

I sent the letter of on the 7th of November. I received a letter about 1 - 2 weeks later saying they have received the complaint. Then last saturday I received a letter saying they would pay out and would send another letter with how much I would receive.
