Hi everyone can someone please help
I have a loan with Lloyds for 25,000 since 2005
i have been intouch with them and told them i did not ask for ppi nor was i aware they had put it on the loan.I have been told i will need to wait until 31 August before i hear any thing. I am just wondering because of the backlog that they may send out letters to all who are waiting just before the deadline saying no to our claims without even looking at them. Or am i just being cynical.
Can anyone be so kind to help me with what i may get back (i have to admit that i find maths more than a little daunting)
Thank you
The loan amount is £23.823.98
Started 08 August 2005
monthly repayments £229.540 -

Could you tell me what the ppi amount is please. Its either a single premium (should be on the loan agreement) or a regular premium.
Thanks N0 -
I successfully claimed £10,500.00 back from Lloyds TSB for a Platinum Card account.
I put my claim in when the PPI scandal first came out, I used a specialist solicitor, OK I had to pay them a fair sum but I'm still over the moon with the outcome!!0 -
I have decided that I am not waiting any longer! I have been told that the bank of scotland have completed all their evidence gathering and its now at the review managers. With only 3 weeks to go before the time limit has expired I want to know if my claims are being up held or not!
Does anyone know of an effective way of doing this e.g. emailing the CEO? Does anyone has his email address??0 -
