Today received a letter for 4,500 from lloyds so it took them less then a week to sort out there figures after they told me 8 weeks i think those 3 emails i sent them this week alone helped i,m over the moon 2 credit cards to go with them going to the travel agents now to book my well deserved holiday to the carribean :beer::beer:
    Well done

I will also be booking a holiday in the caribbean if mine is upheld.

At this rate, the banks will have inundated the islands with MSE claimers :rotfl:

Well, got my response email from Lloyds.

I had emailed them again 2 days ago complaining that they have been settling claims out of order and that this isn't treating customers fairly blah blah

    reply:?

I appreciate that there is a lot of information on the internet regarding different customer experiences with various financial institutions and it can be frustrating waiting for a response, I can only confirm what our previous communication said and that we are working through complaints in date order and please be assured, we will respond to you as soon as we are able and the latest, 31st August.

Im unable to comment on other customers experiences as each case is assessed on an individual basis.

So in other words - go away!!

How can they claim its all assessed on an individual basis (your complaint was regards the lngth of time taken, not a particular reason at to why you were/were not being compensated) when they also state they are working through them in order

The post above referencing a p[ayout within 1 week of agreement to settle makes clear they are NOT working in date order

Surely even a monkey could sort things in date order?

All I need is the ppi details how much was it for, there would be some detail on the complaint you originally sent in. If not I cant really be of any help.
