I thought bank of scotland was part of the Lloyds Group now ? RBS is Royal bank of scotland, different company from BOS.
Sure someone will be along to confirm.

Your welcome.;)
Amersall is good at letter's going by the one she posted up the other day for someone on here, but I would make them aware that a valued long term customer you don't feel you've been treated fairly.
The bank have had more than ample time to deal with your case, and you feel badly let down by a business you could trust.
You could also mention that you may be in touch with the local MP if the case is not dealt with promptly (you do not really have to to this but it may help to mention this) and mention the FSA as well if you want to.
Amersall, what do you think hon?The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
good afternoon all,
Still trying with mbna for alliance and Leicester c/card, today is the final day and tried calling them and they're arranging for a manager call back today.
Why are they taking so long?
any ideas of how to speed this up?
We cant afford to make monthly payments at the moment and in arrears and getting charges, so the longer this goes on the less money we'll get back.
Any help??? cheers chris0 -
