Do you mind me asking when you initially complained? I have one with M&S money for a 5k loan I had from 2003-2008. I was told on Tuesday that it is at stage 2. I complained around the beginning of June.

Well Done:j:j:j with M & S, how long did you have your claim with them? I have one with them, still waiting..... 29th June received one of those letters saying they have until 31st Aug...:mad:

Couriers for the Royal Mail can arrive at any time of the day, but I can understand your frustration.

OMG OMG OMG!!!

I have just recieved a letter back from NRAM and not only have they looked at the loan I wrote to them about they also linked it to a previous loan. End result is £8,364.27!!! I cant believe it sooooo pleased.

Now just need to wait another 28 days for the payment, but hey its on its way :j

All this has come from just sendng a questionnaire - do it if you havent!

Just waiting for a letter back from the Halifax now

Just had a letter back from RBS, after the long wait they have offered £684. Just got to wait 28 days for payment now. Together with paying off all credit cards and becoming debt-free. This is turning out to be a good month

Original claim went in to M & S last September...they did nothing..( good old JR gave them an excuse to keep things on hold...)

Resent fos questionnaire mid May...and heard today..!!
