OMG is it really, 2 of mine are at stage 2, Barclaycard and M&S money!
Looks like I will have to spend my lunch hour tomorrow driving home to see if postie has been with good news.
If it goes to stage 2 can they still reject it??

How long has your claim been with M&S and how do you know your at stage 2 I am curious as there is not much info on the forums about M&S and I have just had 16 week letter and wondered at what stage they are at with the backlog.

Email sent to MD of HSBC. Now lets wait an see what happens.

I think even with the extended time limits the banks will still not have all JR dealyed claims dealt with by end of August.

    Thanks Di,

and thankyou for your continuous advice and support along the way :A
I'm sure I will be needing it again in the very near future! :D

Still awaiting outcomes with Barclaycard and Capital One but didn't submit my complaints until end of May so I expect to be waiting a while. Although I just looked at my last letter from Capital One and I was due to hear from them today. I'm not holding my breath with them though after the way they have been behaving lately!! :(

    Well done on your success!!:):j

As for Capital One...well, enough said...

I am just about to start with a SAR to Barclays..I recall having had a loan sometime around 2001...so hope to get details.

Can anyone help with the correct address for Barclays , please?? I have 2 and not sure which to use, and I really don't want to give them a reason to take any longer over this than is necessary.

Also...what fabulous successes I have seen today...well done to everyone, it's great for the rest of us to see, when the customer finally wins!!:j:j:j

sent an email back in june to Santander in relation to ppi or should i say account cover had an email saying which dept i needed to contact and they have forwarded my details to them.

I havent heard anything yet-so i called their PPI team 0871 522 5167 spoke to a loveley gentleman who said the only one they had was my debenhams account which has been dealt with not to worry i will sort this one as i have all the details from the debenhams i will get this set up and dealt with. if e are unable to set up immediately i will get a letter in 5 days acknowledging my complaint.

So kinda good news so far.

Its worth being off sick today - ive done so much chasing around.

This was posted by Incipience some time ago, and I was happy with what I received back with help from this SAR.
    Good luck hon x

    Hi Di...

I have used the same template for Barclays..it is incredibly thorough..just wondering if they will send info pre 2006....one of my cards I discovered was issued in 1997!!

If they handed me back my PPI payments I could clear the lot!
(Then I would be a happy bunny):):):)
