Forgot to thank everyone on this fantastic website for all there efforts in helping out,was on a bit of a high when i opened my mail:jdoes anyone know what "consolidated interest"is only in my offer its states it will be added on acceptance.

But I think its interest they pay to date up to the point when they receive your signed acceptance, that does ring the bell with mine x
