You should still be able to go into the branch and ask, if you're still at the same address take in some ID, or if you had any old statements you could take them in too, I phoned my old Branch who i've not banked with for over 10 years and they were able to give me a copy of my loan agreement, sometimes the front line staff can be very helpful, failing that you could put in a SAR(Subject Access Request), there is a template in these forums and you send the letter and a cheque or payable order for £10 to your bank, if it's RBS or Clydesdale I can give you their addresses if anyone else post the lender and someone will have the address(most likely Di:A)

    Hi there

Old bank statements, or if your still with the same bank, and bank online, this normally allows you to go back to about 2002 or around that time.
The loan account numbers is normally shown next to the loan monthly repayments.
Also if the loan was still active in the last 6 years, the banks should still hold the details.

May I ask what bank or company this is with? cheers.
