    Hi

Chase her up, the call should be recorded and tell them you waited in for a phone call because you was told the member of staff was to ring back.
Good luck on your all reclaims.;)

And well done and Congratulations on the Debenham reclaim.

    Thanks Di

forgot to mention chaser email to the CEO for CAP 1 - I know the FOS are dealing and emails to CEO for blackhorse and complaints for Redcats.

and the good thing is none have bounced back - so they have definately got to their destinations

Hopefully they will get fed up of me and payout.

MY AIM IS TO BE A THORN IN THEIR BACKSIDES :D

No problem, they should give the refund back to you, fingers crossed.

    I agree amersall.

For example, I had a few with lloyds and the settled accounts they refunded directly back to me, and still had a loan ongoing, they did not take off that one for this one sort of thing.;)

    Hello you lovely peeps!!

Ive not posted before........but I have been lurking with anticipation!!

We've received a letter this morning saying that HFC are offering us £1276 in relation to a small loan that was taken out in 2003!!

    Woo Hoo!!

I'm sooooo chuffed, this is one of the smallest claims we have got in against the banks and we've won!! Yipeee!

The advice and support on this forum is invaluable and keeps you going through those long, dark anxious 8/16 weeks!! Lol!!

Only HSBC x 4, Lloyds x 3, Cap 1, GE Capital Woodchester and Santander to go!

Thinking this may be a long struggle...........................BRING IT ON BANKS.................I'm ready for you!!

Good Luck to all of you and thanks!!

    S xx

Hello there, and your most welcome:);)

I am aware once your complaint is with the FOS, the businesses will not deal with us customers directly, as the FOS makes them aware that they are dealing with your complaint, however if there is success at the end of this and upheld, if your waiting too long for the refund (as the FOS normally says to contact them back to let them know if you have not heard for a length of time), there is no harm in contacting the banks/business then.

Everything crossed, please keep us posted, cheers. :)

Thanks. It seems that this is dragging on and as I think I've said before, we'd just like to know if it has been successful or not. As I've expained, my sis is disabled and as we thought, her condition has deteriorated and so have her care needs. This is why the Claims recovery company moved her complaint along to the FOS fairly quickly, and it's been in their hands since January of this year. I'm still at Uni so I can't really help my sis financially and she's getting to the stage where she is selling almost everything she owns just to make ends meet. I just want her to get what's rightfully hers.

    Hi

Sorry about your sister's condition, it must be very difficult for you all.
Just a thought, but have you let the FOS know of your sister's condition and that its getting worse?
You could request for fast tracking. Tell them you require for this to be resolved for ASAP as your sister will benefit from this.
If you've not done this yet then please do, it may help to have the case moved on quicker.

    All the best on this.;)
