Yes the banks have been given extra time, but they may still deal and resolve the complaints by then.
The FSA gave them permission to do this, and there is more details on the link below, but wishing you luck on all your reclaims.

Gentleman on the phone took some basic details from me and they have phoned me today to say my complaint has been upheld and I will know in writing this week how much i will be awared.:beer:
