just to let you know i have been succsessful with 2 lloyds loans from 1998 and 1999, keep at them its your money.
  • Hi,
Just an update I received letters for both claims for PPI that I put in January with Lloyds, stating that they will deal with my claim as soon as they can, but they will get an answer to me by 31st August at the latest (thats another 8 weeks).
Has anybody else received this letter for Lloyds?

Hi Billiejones, I too got a letter saying that it may take another 8weeks as they have been given an extension due to the over load with lloyds regarding 2 credit cards, fingers crossed it won't take the full extension time, good luck with yours!

    That is fab :T
I thought I was lucky with the recent 2 with Lloyds, they were from 1999 to 2001, but I do remember previous 2 loans taken out before that, they were in 1996 and the other 1997-08, know the amounts on the first one, and the payment being £118 a month with PPI, but need to try to get hold of the account numbers, but may just try my luck anyway, and as usual with the reasons I made a reclaim on the last 6 reclaims - all mis sold.

Did you still have the account numbers for these ones hun?

You will get all ppi monthly amount back that you paid to settlement of each loan and the interest associated with these plus 8%, as said before you will get the ppi back less the 30% rebate on each when settled.

I have received a letter from Firstplus this morning saying that my case for my top up loan will be looked into by the 12th August :)
