Hi there, I am looking to email Tesco Loans to reclaim PPI so need an email address. Can anyone help with the email address and how to word the letter? Thanks

    Hi there

There are reclaim questionnaire that replaced the template letters on this site, and you can also keep copies for yourself as well in case you need to go back onto this at some point.
Step 3 below to the reclaim complaint questionnaire:
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#step3

    Tesco Bank
    Loans
    PO Box 27014
    Glasgow
    G2 9FE

As found on the website here.

Allow 8 weeks for a decision, good luck.

    Hi all

I would cut the card up but I already did that about 6 years ago! Being so far over the limit meant I couldn't use it even if I wanted to. I never want to see another credit card agiain!
Because I'm not entirely sure how it works, does anyone know if my payout is a fair amount?
I'm more than happy with it, much more than I could have hoped for, but would hate to think it should be more.
    Thanks for your time.

    Wow well done :j:j:T
Im too waiting too hear from mbna was wondering how long you had your card for just so i have an idea off what we may expect back ?? Thanks

Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!!!!!!
Started back in february by asking MBNA for ppi info on my credit card. My account is still active but massively over the limit thanks to some wild years in my youth. Have spent the last 4 years basically paying interest on the account, with th balance hovering around £6,000.
Sent a claim form 26th April, and received a letter this morning.
    PPI premiums charged - £1,971.73
Interest associated with premiums - £4,861.88
    8% interest - £13.68 (strange amount?!)

Total amount payable to you - £6,847.29 !!!!!!

Oh my god! They have paid £6,092.11 into the account which clears my balance completely, and will send a cheque for £755.18 to me within 28 days!
I'm still having trouble believing this! I am now DEBT FREE for the 1st time since I was 18.
I feel like I've won the lottery, I was never expecting this much back.
Thank you so much to everyone on here, everyones help and success stories have been fantastic.
Stick with it, it is so worth it. Need another drink now, my face is hurting from smiling like an idiot all day!
    Thanks for your time.
    :j:j Wow, well done :T:T:money:

Do we get interest back on top of that as well, we are not greedy just would like to know what we are entitled to and how do they work the interest payments out.
You will get all ppi monthly amount back that you paid to settlement of each loan and the interest associated with these plus 8%, as said before you will get the ppi back less the 30% rebate on each when settled.

    Hi interested 81

I have had the card since dec 2001, so nearly 10 years. I've been over the limit for most of that time so I guess the interest could be more if you've kept the repayments up.
    Good luck!

    Hi,
Just an update I received letters for both claims for PPI that I put in January with Lloyds, stating that they will deal with my claim as soon as they can, but they will get an answer to me by 31st August at the latest (thats another 8 weeks).
Has anybody else received this letter for Lloyds?

    Hi

And yes, lots have received these letters, I did also, even though mine have been resolved lol, but they and other banks have been given extra time to deal with complaints, as they have a backlog, the FSA have given them permission, however you may still hear before then, so good luck.;)
