Also you will get All the ppi back less the 30% rebate they gave you off the first ppi and the 30% rebate they gave you on the ppi at settlement date of the second loan.
No wonder they dont want to give it you back!!.

Cheers Di, cant believe they offered a paltry 2,000 when the ppi was over 30,000!!!!.

I know that is real bad, I went back to read it all again, that is sooooooooo awful!! they will try to get out of anything!!!:eek::mad:

Do we get interest back on top of that as well, we are not greedy just would like to know what we are entitled to and how do they work the interest payments out.:cool:

Has anyone had any luck reclaiming from Capital One? We originally put our claim in back in Sept 10 they said in Nov 10 they didnt believe it was mis-sold (at the same time we did MBNA who in May this year contacted us to say it was mis-sold & repaid us the PPI + Interest) so I wrote to Cap One again and they now say we're out of time etc.

Any advice?

Yes you should be entitled to the interest you paid into the account, plus 8% further interest etc.;)

Hi Rachel

Did they provide you with a final decision with details of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS)? normally from the final letter they should enclose details if eligible or not to take your case to the FOS within 6 months as from the date of the final letter.
