    Hi there, yes that is right,as the JR has given a backlog and they need to deal with the claims put on hold due to this.
    I believe it will be quicker so fingers crossed x.

    Hi there, if you want to ask a question of a poster, then read the post that they have done and at the bottom to the right of their post there is a quote button, if you press that you can then answer the poster or ask a question x.
