Thanks to your site I have successfully received £17K from MBNA through the misselling of PPI. They have insisted that some is used to pay off my credit card, this has still left me with a substantial amount. Thank You
top marks:D
well done on your efforts:T:T:beer::T:T:D:p Perfer et obdurai dolor hic tibi proderit olim

I've just found the letter that Northern Rock sent us to say they had received our complaint and it says 'we aim to resolve your complaint within eight weeks, keeping you informed of progress'
We haven't had any information from them and it's been 4 weeks since we got that letter. Should we give them a ring to find out what's happening or just leave them to it?
Hiya 8 weeks is the timescale they are entitled to, hope you hear soon though, good luck on your reclaiming.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi,
I'm just after some infromation!!
I put two claims for PPI's with lloyds tsb at the beginning of January and have been told they are working through the claims in date order.
Has anybody had their claims dealt with and if so when was the claim put in. I just want an idea of how long I might have to wait.
Thank-you0 -

same thing although my complaints went in a little later than yours:D
I think they have been granted an extension to deal with the complaints but its always worth giving them an email for an update:D:D:p Perfer et obdurai dolor hic tibi proderit olim

I emailed the CEO of RBS on the 9th June regarding my 2 NatWest loans placed on hold. I received an email on the 10th June saying they were very sorry, it would be dealt with and I would have a response within 10 working days. Not heard a word. Emailed yesterday to ask where this response was and no reply as yet.0
