hi there it was central capital that got us the first one who had turned round and said they hadnt any records of us getting a loan we have sent all the original paperwork and letter from them to say they had arranged our loan so they cannot wriggle their way out of this one ,the advance was through nemo itself .
Hiya
Didn't you post on this one before or was it someone else?:D I know I did read something similar here.
With the first loan then its Central Cap you pursue as its them that set up that loan and the 2nd loan with it being a loan advance that is the responsibiliy of Nemo.
Mine was exactly the same, the first one the broker and the loan advance Nemo were responsible.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Apologies if this has been asked before but does anyone know how long it takes Northern Rock to respond to PPI claims?
Has anyone had a successful claim from NR? They told us we wouldn't get the loan without taking the PPI.
Hi there
Wishing you luck on your reclaiming.
Like any other loan company some have success whilst others do not and have to keep on at them, but in regards of them getting back to you its 8 weeks, they should send you a confirmation letter that your complaint have been received withing a week or 2 after receiving it.
Have you already made a start on the reclaiming? The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

yep that was me just waiting i hald been told that somebody had had success with nemo a couple of weeks ago
Arh right I thought so.:D
Well mine was resolved about 2007 so some time ago, I know Nemo were tough nuts and luckily the adjudicator listened to the recordings of the ppi being pushed on to us that helped our case.
Hopefully they have mellowed down by now with a bit of luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi all, quick question.
I'm sure iv seen a post relating to my question but I can't find it now. (sorry)
Iv been through my old bank statements and found direct debit numbers for old loans. There are 4 or 5 different loans from around 1997 to 2002. My statement shows a sort code and account numbers, would this be enough information to try and make a claim for ppi mis-selling? I guess my first step is to contact santander as the loans were with abbey. Does anyone know who to contact and if I can get any information about the loans with just an account number?
Thanks in advance!0
