    • What were you reclaiming: Credit Card
    • Who was the provider: MBNA
    • How much did you get back: £3,900 (claimed £2,000 and they have added interest without me asking!!)
    • Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: Few letters but FOS not involved at all.
    • And then write your brief reclaim tale I used the letter templates on here and also sent the questionnaire to MBNA. Was delayed because of the court action but I sent a letter in early May asking for an update and have now received a letter saying they will send me a cheque within 28 days. So, I will be waiting for the postie everyday!!!

Thanks to everyone who posts on here, your success stories has made me keep at it :-)
    WELL DONE AND CONGRATS :j:j:money:

Hi there, if you have reasons for mis sell, then you can put a claim in.
Look here for reasons for mis sell and if any/all apply to you then put a claim in.

Hi there, when did you send this back? as it may just go through the system late today or tomorrow, i would give them a couple of days and then enquire again.

Just read your post from may.

You should be claiming mis sell for this loan, as this ppi was front loaded and when you get the 50%cashback, the ppi is still on your loan to term end with interest and i bet the ppi runs out soon?.

    Hiya

We were finally successful in a reclaim against Nemo Personal Finance, this was back a few years ago, but it had taken us to complain to the FOS to win.

Was it Nemo that actually sold you the loan?

    Hi and welcome

As amersall says yes you can still make a reclaim if you cancelled the ppi, you can try to reclaim if mis sold what you have paid of ppi into the account plus interest.
