I sent letter to:
Customer Services
Santander Cards
PO BOX 700
Leeds
LSS99 2BD
As l said no correspondence just a cheque for refund within 10days:j0 -
Thank Brillant NEws, Have they already cleared your CC ??, I am also waiting sine 17th May for about £9200 from MBNA which will also clear my card but not had it done yet ??. I phoned them yesterday but keep getting told because it's a large amount it takes longer as it needs two signatures? and every day they don't pay it I'm still getting charged interest
did you get the money ? How long did it take, as im also waiting one mine as well0 -

My friend is claiming PPI for her MBNA card and unsure whether to send to Leeds or Chester ?

Hi, I sent the template to GMAC Financial services ....they refused but acknowledged that i did have an agreement, they also suggested to go to the dealers - the dealers also refused so i then appreached the FOS ...still awaiting an outcome Oh in the paperwork i found i noted that the underwitters were PINACLE insurance so i've left this with the FOS to investiagate....0

What you could do as they seem to have a mixture of addresses, if you ring the customer service team within the FOS, just question on the address, tell them you have 2 and would they know who the reclaim should be sent to/

Did you try to make the reclaim by using the reclaim questionnaire?
I note the letter you sent was to ask for the copy of the agreement as first stages, that's if you have no paperwork to go by and is optional to request for this.
Just making sure.;)

been a member for a while but haven't posted for a long time. With seeing in the news regarding the PPI I am going to claim, Please see below a copy of my letter than i am going to send, Is this ok? any advice alterations are welcome
"I am writing to you regarding the mis-selling of the PPI on the above Loan accounts.
I would like a refund of the Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) I have paid into that account, and interest, also 8% interest of what a court would award.
I believe this was mis-sold to me as I was not told told about the PPI on this Loan. I therefore believe I have being paying out extra on this Loan that I should not have been paying.
I used this loan to pay of a previous loan (2nd account number above) with yourselves which had PPI on, I was not aware that it had been carried over onto this account.
I look forward to a full response to this letter within 14 days and if I do not receive a satisfactory response I intend to pursue my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service."

Well i have rang the bank today to see what is happening with my claim and they say it could take another 3 months as they are clearing the back log.
It said on my reply letter that is "usually takes 4 week but can take up to 8, we will inform you if this is the case" We are now in my 4 th week and i asked why i hadnt't been informed and he said that was just a standard letter.
Should i be doing anything else now?!

They have been given extra time as instructed by the FSA, take a look at the link below for more details, hope you hear something sooner though, good luck.
