Thank Brillant NEws, Have they already cleared your CC ??, I am also waiting sine 17th May for about £9200 from MBNA which will also clear my card but not had it done yet ??. I phoned them yesterday but keep getting told because it's a large amount it takes longer as it needs two signatures? and every day they don't pay it I'm still getting charged interest .
Get in touch with them and tell them you will not be paying the interest on this card while you are waiting for this refund, if any is charged you will be requesting it back.

That is 6/6 success with Lloyds now, not bad going is it?:T

And that is without the other successes, Nemo, Liverpool Victoria, Eloans/Twopart etc.
And still have one case ongoing though which is complexed and in with the FOS and have been going on since 2008 but will keep fighting :T:beer:
Well done di, you deserve it especially after all your help to people on here (me included) Your wins are all the sweeter for being with the awful LLoyds.

    Hi

Looking for some help please. I had a store card with Debenhams years ago (2000) and sure I paid for PPI. I haven't used the card for for a long time and the balance is paid off. I'm looking to reclaim the PPI but unsure who I contact as it was GE Money back then. Is it Santander? If so does anyone have a contact address of telephone number so I can contact them? Thanks :D

Im fuming just rang BOS again and was told they are now being allowed 16 wks to sort the PPI out.
I asked for an update and was told thay couldn't give me one
On here some people have had their claims upheld after 2wks.
So it looks like I have a long wait ahead

    Hi there

To what I know if it is Santander who deals with the complaints now, my son was sold a burtons store card as a full time student, he wrote to GE and the letters he received were from Santander.

Found some details of how to complain on the link below.
    http://www.santander.co.uk/csgs/Satellite?appID=abbey.internet.Abbeycom&c=Page&canal=CABBEYCOM&cid=1210607166846&empr=Abbeycom&leng=en_GB&pagename=Abbeycom%2FPage%2FWC_ACOM_TemplateA2

send them the completed reclaim questionnaire as on step 3 below, and keep a copy for yourself, allow 8 weeks for a decision, good luck.

    Hi shellbo

In the media news yesterday, also on the FSA website, the FSA have given banks extra time.
Hope you hear sooner though, good luck, check the details out below.

Hi there, they originally had 8 weeks to respond to a claim, you have to give them 8 weeks to do this, yours has only been going just over 6 weeks, sometimes under normal circumstances some banks ask for more time to deal with a claim.

You may very well get a response to your claim sooner than the 16 weeks, but due to the jr there are a lot of claims that were put on hold because of this, the banks now need to look at the older claims first, as it would not be fair to deal with a fresh claim when others have been waiting the 8 weeks and then from the jr (october) until now, that is 7 months just for the jr, i am sure you will agree with this.
All anyone can do is wait and hope they clear the backlog quickly.
Hope you dont wait too long, and hope to see you post your "win" x

I am sure you wont too long, and anyway, while they have your money you cant spend it so it will last longer :D:D:D
And you will get more back with interest, as they do your claim to the day it is sorted! :D
