Why don't we all email the FSA with regards to these groups not dealing with complaints. Weren't Bank of Scotland (part of Lloyds) recently fined £m's for not dealing with complaints correctly?

Does anybody have an email address for FSA?

Hiya try this one here.

consumer.queries@fsa.gov.uk

CEO for Lloyds
antonio.osorio@lloydsbanking.com

Hope this helps, good luck.
That does ring the bell on the complaints not being dealt with correctly.

Fingers crossed Mandy.

If you want to ring the FSA as they can take some time to get back by email, try this tel number here as well if you can.

on the 05/05/11 i requested that Welcome sent me an application so that i can claim back the PPI i have paid - to date i have not rec this!!

On the 02/06/11 i printed off an application from this site, i sent that to them on this date recorded delivery, i have proff that my application was signed for and recieved by Welcome on the 03/06/11.
Today 07/06/11 i called Welcome to find out what happens next, they told me that they would yet again have to send me there own application as th application that they have recieved is no good and they will only start looking at my request once they have recieved their own application back from me.

Am i wasteing my time? There is so much information avalible on this company i dont know what to believe.

Many Thanks

Hi Renee

Stick with it hun, you will get there.

As you may also be aware they are also declared in default where the Financial compensation scheme (FSCS) will be dealing with them through themselves, take a look on the FSCS website in regards of Welcome this may explain some issues for you.
http://www.fscs.org.uk/what-we-cover/questions-and-answers/qas-for-welcome-financial-hn0qripj/

Its quite possible the form is the FSCS claim form they will send you in the post.

Also just to confirm many of us have gone the FSCS direction and been successful in reclaiming, although different companies that went into default.

Good luck.

Aren't Welcome Finance insolvent???? saw this on BBC news....

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is taking over claims against Welcome Finance for mis-selling payment protection insurance (PPI).

Don't know if that helps or is just adding to the confusion :(

my husband have had a phone call from Natwest as he e-mailed the CEO Sunday and they replied someone is looking into it and he will be informed of a decision within the next 10 days.

Natwest phoned him today to ask him more questions and he done the normal man thing, I need to speak to my wife.

They told him the more information they gave why he was mis-sold the better. The form went in just saying he was mis-sold.

It was a loan and he cant remember if he agreed to PPI.

Please can anybody help as he has got to ring them back tomorrow.

Many thanks for all the help and the last few comments I have made.

Hi there

Maybe it would be better if you could email them and tell them you will correspond to any query in writing rather than on the telephone.
Its up to you of course, but otherwise check for details below on Martin's mis selling checklist in case you missed anything.
