I sent the first template to lloyds tsb last week in reference to two loans. Had a letter to acknowledge my letter. Now i just have to wait and see.:) Has anyone had any success with Littlewoods and the extra care advantage? I've emailed them as they were adding about £35 each month without any consent!!

The best of luck on your reclaiming.
There is a thread here somewhere, it maybe a long way off on here now - with someone making a reclaim via Littlewoods, have a go anyway, good luck with that one too.;)

i am trying to get ppi back with littlewoods but they are saying i agreed over the phone and they then sent out the policy and if i didnt want it i had to send it back, they will not send me a copy of the poicy as i canceled it a year later and they only have my phone call proof, so they say as evidence, im sending of my letter today.

    Ask them for the recording!.
    • What were you reclaiming: Cahoot Personal Loan PPI
    • Who was the provider: Santander
    • How much did you get back: £2,713.28
    • Did you get it back after a letter or did you go to the Financial Ombudsman: Less than 2 weeks after sending the template letter on this site we had a reply from Santander to say our claim had been upheld.
    • And then write your brief reclaim tale
The loan had been running since 2004. We were told when we applied for it that acceptance was conditional on taking out PPI. The without-quibble refund also includes interest of over £1000! Thank you Martin - you deserve a knighthood! :T

hi guys since getting the letter at beginning of week from rbs saying they did agree with me being missild i was due 0 due to it being older than 6 years been waiting for second letter for 2nd complaint to be delivered expecting same letter but SURPRISE SURPRISE they've offered me £5899 which includes interest this is the one they have seemely lost my agreement form so have to take their word on figures i'm going to take my money and run as i think getting our money back isn't going to be as easy as we thought.

just sent my stuff to fos today on 1st one with rbs and just got 10 more to hopefully get sorted without fos.
now we can have a family holiday in summer so chuffed hope this is start of good news on here as not been much lately!!

    Hi there,

Has anyone recently had contact with Capital One regarding PPI on credit cards? I'm about to send my letter off to them requesting my payments be refunded, but just wondered if anyone has had any success with this recently? Or am I setting myself up for disappointment?
