I had a Barclaycard Matercard & Baclaycard Visa, both with PPI but with very modest balances - £1,200 each. Sent the FOS PPI Consumer Questionnaire and within 2 weeks got a what I thought was a 'holding' letter saying they couldnt respond just now but were looking into it. Well true to their word within 6 weeks, between the two cards, a total payment of £7,700 and all down to the fact that they could not find any supporting evidence that their standard procedures were followed. Fair play to Barclaycard and no need to go to the FOS.0
