    Dear Martin,

I've just received a settlement offer today from EGG for £3,761.91, for mis-sold PPI on a loan I have with them. I am ecstatic!!! I used all the tips on your website and downloaded your form. They did the trick. They paid out after just the first letter, although they haven't admitted liability.

    You are my hero :T

I too have recieved an offer today from EGG for £1983.14 for mis sold PPI. They paid out after first letter as well, though they havent admitted liability. Who cares though as I got the outcome I wanted.

Great advice on the site and I wrote to EGG only on 20.09.10 asking for a full refund and it is 07.10.10 when I recieved the offer. Very quick.

MBNA are in my sights now and i hope they are as quick.

  • Hi All

I to have received an offer of settlement from Egg today.

I originally sent PPI questionnaire on 13/09/10. Today they have offered to refund all payments made of £252.48 plus 8% interest of £75.30.

Again they state no evidence of mis-selling but this is a gesture of goodwill.

This was PPI attached to a credit card.

    So excited!!

Thanks everyone - still waiting on responses from Yorkshire Bank and GE Money

Well Done BBB what a great surprise, l am actually going through with a reclaim from Welcome as they rejected my first claim and l just accepted it at the time. You say a pack, the reason l ask l had a letter left by postman yesterday that a pack had been delivered and not enougth postage paid, l have to go and pay £1.10 to collect just wondering (hoping) l may have some good news.
