Hi di3004 and amersall. Thanks for replying so quickly. I have sent another email to our dear dear CEO Eric Daniels of Lloyds, and maybe just maybe something will come of it. I mentioned about the others persons account number etc in their standard letter to me (my name and address was correct by the way). By the way Di what is the full address of Natalie Ceeney of the FOM? She will certainly get a letter from me. By the way Di, the MOJ acknowledged email but didnt reply in writing yet. Time will tell.
Thank you both for your support. I am worried though about the other person - they must be fretting as much as me. Lets hope though that they dont actually know of this balls up. Colossal balls up. I think that Lloyds doesnt give a toss what people think of them - which as we know is rubbish - but I would dearly love to meet some of these jobsworthies and tell them whats the general feeling is about this godawful bank. I know what you are going to say next - THEY DONT CARE..............!

Hi Mrs S
Your welcome.;)
And I totally agree with you.
Use the address below, and head it to the name of Natalie Ceeney

I am aware the MOJ can take some time to get back by email, have they a free tel number to ring for the quickest method?

Hi All,
Sent email to the top man at LTSB on sunday.
Letter arrived Tuesday.
Phoned today to be told that 2 of my claims are worth £6000 and i still have 3 more claims!!! My husband also has 5 claims being processed!
We had no idea, we are both stunned!! Hope they send out the cash as fast.
Still waiting for contact from tesco, hfc and barclaycard.
Will keep you posted.
Thank you all for the advice :T

Well done ally - that is such a good result. I have just had work on the phone to say that they have underpaid me by £170 this month due to someone making a mistake at payroll and I wont get that back until end of year. It just cant get any worse than that. I cant now tax car or pay £170 worth of bills (council tax etc) so I hope against hope that the PPI thing comes in real soon.
Ever hopeful Mrs s x0 -

OMG, if it isn't nothing its all isn't it?
Can they not pay this in your next pay? Its their mistake.
I would check on this.;)
You do need that PPI to be paid out real soon don't you?
Good luck.

Hiya
Hubby rang them later yesterday and all she said was, it must be correct otherwise they wouldn't have sent it out, she never even looked into it, but just said its an ongoing thing with reviewing upheld loan ppi's.
We don't think she knew what was what to be honest, but still no email response either and no others on the door-mat just yet lol.

Hiya Di
I decided not to email LTSB but wrote them a letter regarding this instead - asking for details of their calculations/method used etc. It went today by recorded delivery - will let you know the outcome as soon as they reply

We started a claim Nov 2008 when I faced redundancy and found our joint loan was not covered because my girlfriend was the named applicant on the original loan.... Followed the letter templates and stuck with the claim, even rejecting RBS's offer of £750 and seeking FOS advice. Our patience paid off and last week we recieved all money paid (£4500 over 3 years) plus £700 interest.
My advice: say no the the companies initial offer, be persistant, and use the FOS (Financial Ombudsman Service). Also ignore whatever the branch staff say to you - natwest told us not to cancel the PPI as it may damage our chance to claim!
Good luck
