Still no email feedback from customer services either .........but its possible they have a backlog due to the same reasons as us maybe?

If you're referring to LB, that's probably me (!) in another of my aliases (Nelliewops) or else my friend Pompeyfaith with the Co-op as he has a reference to this in a letter I believe.........

I'm also hoping that Turbo on LB is going to look into this as he helped me with my original calcs for these refunds.........I'm awaiting his verdict and will let you know what he says!

Ok yes and of course our Bill-K, they have both been wonderful.:A

I am about to start another 2 via Lloyds and will need some help on them too with figures once i dig out all the details but am interested to know about this current matter at the mo.:D

Apologies if this appears twice!!

I emailed LTSB on sunday night and got a read receipt within 10 mins and a personal reply the following day asking for more info.

I got a letter today saying they are looking into my complaint and they will respond within 10 days!!

I wont hold my breath just in case but am surprised they have responded so fast.

We have had 2 credit cards and 3 loans within the six years and we distinctly remember being told we had to take the PPI on the last loan.

Fingers crossed!!
