Hi there, well done on your wins :T:T0 -
I have had exactly the same reason from MBNA for rejecting my claim and also Capital One. All these companies seem to be taking at least eight weeks, then asking for more time, after which they seem to be rejecting anyway. Is anyone else finding this is happening to them too? Maybe I'm just feeling a bit down cos the campaign doesn't seem to be going well at the moment!
Hi there, dont get too despondent you will get there in the end.Over the past couple of weeks we have had some amazing results on this site, sadly there seems to be a few businesses who will take it to the bitter end, but people get there in the end.x0 -

Thanks for the encouragement Amersall. You are right of course! It's just sometimes you get to the stage where you feel as if you are banging your head agianst a brick wall! Capital One are also trying to say that because I made one claim for a total period of four months this proves that I needed the policy. My argument is that I paid for this policy for twelve years and had employer benefits for the whole of that period. So they paid me a total amount of £542 and I paid heaven knows what over that period of time! Looking at the copy of the agreement that they sent with the rejection letter it looks as though the policy would only have paid out for 12 months anyway. Do you think that I still have:( a case?0 -
 Complete success, £4,641 back from Capital One easy as writing a letter saying I thought I had been miss sold my Loan insurance
Thank you Martin0 -

Hi there, yes you do still have a case, write back to cap one and tell them what you have put here and you are not happy with this, ask them to reconsider or you will take it to fos.Usually any policy only covers you for 12 month for unemployment etc so dont put that in your letter. Let us know how you get on x0 -
