Which cash machine are you using in the UK. Are you linking a credit or debit card with your Supercard ??

It was a first trust bank euro machine (not sure if they are on the mainland) but they don't add fees and the notice on the machine says something along the lines off it will be treated as a foreign transaction by your card issuer

Let's see if Supercard can be used in Travelex' own multi currency ATMs at airports to get the Visa rate instead of the awful rate they normally give.

The machine is doing the conversion there though and you are charged in pounds,

As usual you shall be the person to be expected to try one for the team eDicky, as you are at the airport quite often.

Irrelevent. You withdrew cash on your supercard, not your barclaycard.

Stop worrying and report back when you do or rather do not actually get charged tangible fees!

I was writing in respect of the poster who reported having fees charged on their barclaycard and someone asked what fees. Maybe you should have read the posts before mine more closely instead of jumping on what I wrote.

But it wasn't relevant as its supercard transactions we are talking about and whether they have incurred fees, as they shouldn't

You are probably right and I was indulging in ironic wishful thinking. So the First Trust ATM is euro only? I think there was one in London, but no more...

Actually I only rarely use the airports with Travelex. Now I can't remember if someone has already tried the Supercard in Moneycorp ATMs to get the visa rate..? I can try that, it should work ok.

Yeah there is first trust and Ulster bank machine dispensing just euros in Belfast City centre
