How can you sign in without the card as it asks for the card number? That's probably why it got suspended.

I notice today that the app now has an option titled "Haven't received your supercard?" clicking on it opens an email to support@

No received mine yet.

The app wants me to link the card, but obviously I don't have.

Hoping it's here this week.

Should be a little cheaper than my TravelEX Cash Passport which takes 1.5% (still on the old rate) off the Mastercard rate.

My card arrived at the weekend, so I've now linked it to my debit card, and it also accepted my Tesco credit card, which is fab, as we are off to America in 2 weeks, so will be earning clubcard points on our holiday spending.

The cards are really easy to link, you can take a photo of your card, and it adds the details.

Downloaded the app the same day as the email from MSE, 13th May.

Was accepted, no problem.

Had an email on 22nd May asking why I hadn't linked any cards to Supercard....because it hadn't arrived! Still waiting!

The app says my account is suspended.....

OMG, I think I've aged 10 years in the last hour. I received my "Super"card in the post, and since then have been trying to link my credit card to it via the app with no luck at all - it just keeps coming back with an error message. I sent the support team and email, and I've had no reply from them for the last 24 hours, so I (eventually) managed to find a phone number to call.

Well, that was a waste of time, I got through to a total moron who told me first of all that I needed to activate my Supercard - errr !!! The app (which looks very nice) has to link the bank card first THEN activate the Supercard. To cut a long story short, he was totally useless and I'm no further forward.

What's the point of sending you a nice shiny Supercard if you can't bloody use it ?!?!?!?!?!?!?
