I have had such a lot of trouble with the Supercard since it arrived. I can log in OK but keep getting an error message when I try to link my credit card. I have phoned and e-mailed support but they come up with simplistic answers like reload the app, wait till next Monday, check your address and i have been unable to link a card. Any suggestions?0

I'm having the same problem and have had no luck with phone calls or support team. I've tried all their suggestions but no luck0

I wonder if this can be used in the UK to withdraw Euros from a cashpoint, i know it says £2 charge for using a UK atm machine but is that because they are expecting it to be £ rather than €.:beer:0

I think the Euro cashpoints charge in GBP though and of course rip you off.0

Can you use this to lift $'s in the USA at ATM's and can you make purchases online in $'s (ie. theme park tickets)??

This card is a great idea in principle. But it's a launch disaster. Firstly the app generated errors each time during registration so I don't know which password I used for the successful one.
Got the card on 22nd May and set about validating it. Linked it to my credit card, which you have to do first, but then couldn't validate it because none of my passwords worked. By the time I'd found a password reset the app was showing my account as suspended.
Customer services have been a complete waste of time. They can't reset the password from there, or even send out an automated password. Neither can they un-suspend my account. Their advice was initially to 're-install the app'. This got a bit tedious after my third call. One of the CS agents told me they had server problems but they hoped to have it resolved soon.
They asked me to email the error message. I did get a reply but it was to re-install the app. On my second call I was asked to send a screenshot of the 'account suspended' message, as though they hadn't heard of it. This I did but no reply after a week. My final call yesterday just got the message of 'please be patient, we'll get this fixed soon'.
I've had more fun watching paint dry. I'm bitterly regretting being in the vanguard of this brave new world.
My only advice to others is: if you are not sure of your password, get a password reset through the app and don't try logging in more than once.
For others, like me, having problems, please add your complaint to the Supercard/Travelex facebook page ( https://www.facebook.com/TravelexUK ) and to their Twitter account ( @TravelexUK ) and let's put some pressure on them to fix it.
In the meantime I'm sticking to using my Halifax Clarity for spending and my CaxtonFX pre-paid card for cash.0 -

Yeah just realised there would be no benefit as the exchange rate would be dictated by the ATM rather than the bank - the original thought was that it would be better than going to a bureau de change and changing cash but it wouldn't be.
Not sure what you mean here? Why would it be dictated by the ATM? surely its the same as taking euros out in a foreign country?0
