I am not sure but you may like to try their web site on something along the lines of: track my order?

Don't think they do that - I have had two phones via them and there is no account login (unless I missed it) so no track order facility. Same for phones4u, no track order. But dialaphone (part of phones4u now) do have account login, it does provide information on your order.

I still have all my emails and I normally have got an order confirmation email from them, then another email a few deals later to say phone is now connected, thats after I have receieved it and turned on phone.

Other retailers - buymobilephones I can see my orders via logging in and cpw no account to manage / track orders the last time I used them but do seem to have My Account now on their site.
  • Well didnt recieve phone today, still no reply either! They obviously dont want to give me a phone!!

Its likely to be just christmas delays now - phone them and ask them whats going on - email as well but might be a bit busy right now.

I just had to go to post office to pick up an item sent from US sometime in November - twenty plus days to get here

Hi I am now at the first claim point on my second M2YD contract. The first went very well as I sent in the paper bills provided by T mobilie.

The current contract is with O2. I have printed off the bill but to be honest the info on it looks a bit sparse, just the price of the tarriff plus the vat and the total cost. It does not even have an account number on it.

I don't want to send this in if it is incorrect and risk the cashback are there any happy O2 customers out there who could let me know how/if they achieved success with a printed bill.

    thanks in advance.

Hi, if you are o2 customer (dont know about CPW) on 'my bill' page, at the right hand side you should be able to see your a/c , mobile number bill number and your name adddress etc.. just print off the the whole page,
i have no problem with my claim with P4U with this , hope that help
  • Hello everyone,

I am just about to get a 24 months mobile contract from mobiles2yourdoor. The deal is from Orange and costs £14.58 monthly (after £250 cashback by multiple redemptions) AND comes with a free phone of my choice (Nokia N86). This includes 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 500 MB of data.

This deal is almost too good to be true, given that there are contracts out there that cost the same (~£15 per month) BUT give you no free phone (or at least not one so expensive as the Nokia N86).

I know mobiles2yourdoor are reputed to have some very dodgy T&Cs, which is why I am a bit wary about entering into this deal. I am fully prepared to do everything on time so that I don't lose the redemptions, but if they are systematically exploiting some legal loopholes, then it may be that I'll have a very hard time getting all (or any) cash back from them.

Is it safer to go with an "instant cashback" contract, or maybe even with a regular (no cashback) one?

    Many thanks for any replies.

Hi there, just to let you know that I've had 2 cashback deals with Mobiles 2 your door over the past few years and both times had no problems at all with getting my cheques. They were very helpful when there was a postal strike a while back too. Unfortunately it's meant I'm used to paying nothing (after cashback) for my phones now, so looking for the next good deal from them!

I have also now completed a 12 month contract with cashback from mobiles2your door with no problems. You do have to make sure that you understand what you have to do. You have 60 days to make your claim and if you miss one claim (say the first one) then you will be unable to make any claims afterwards (say claims 2, 3 or 4).
