Kinda figured it was a pile of pap. When I rang to cancel we went through the same stuff 3 times, I kept repeating on the anniversary, he kept say that it was fine as I rang up before 30 days. The calls trying to get me to come back to Voda, I repeated the same again, they said everything was on course to cancel at the end of my contract.
Have emailed, but am not going to chase too hard as it's only £1-my time is worth more:rolleyes:Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

My first return date was Saturday 4th July 2009. I posted it on Monday 6th. On Friday 10th, I received a text message.
How good a service can you get than that?! They stated on the form "You should allow up to 30 days for your application to be processed" !!

I am another satisfied customer. I took a Nokia on a 12 month free by redemption contract.
Have had three sucessful claims and am a couple of weeks of my fourth and last.
I will be ordering a new phone at the beginning of next month.
Excellent service as long as you stick to the t and c and don't fall for promo calls you get towards the end of your contract. (you lose your current cashback if you change handset)0 -
Hello MSEers!
I have just received my first chequeback claim form from Mobiles2yourdoor, and I was wondering whether anyone could help me? They have asked for a copy of my most recent bill, and I realized that I had not received this bill in the post, as I signed up to Vodafone's online service, in order to check my remaining balance. What I did not know at the time of registering to Vodafone.com was that my bills would now be available online only, and I now have to pay £1.50 in order to get a paper bill. Vodafone sucks!!
I was wondering if anyone knows whether I can send Mobiles2yourdoor a print off of my last bill from my online account? It doesn't really look anything like the bills I had previously received from Vodafone, but do you think it would be valid for my chequeback claim?
Any answers would be much appreciated.
Many thanks

To all those who have been having problems with porting numbers, take a look at this:
Ofcom - Unable to keep number when switching phone company
I appreciate that means your current network has to release it, but maybe your new network also has to accept it? Ofcoms' specialist advisers should know, I would have thought!
Could be worth a call if you click through the 'I know what to do' bit.
Hope it's of some use. - Please post your findings if you do call.

I actually wrote to Ofcom making this complaint and their response was that although your existing phone provider must allow you to take your phone number with you, your new phone provider is under no obligation to accept the number.
Ofcom are bloody useless!!! What are they doing if they cant even regulate number porting properly?0 -

Yes you can send them a print out from the internet. I'm with Orange and they accepted my print out. Incidentally, I didn't send the whole bill, just part of it that had phone/account numbers, shows all outstanding balances etc. (I think it is the first two pages).

Hi,
Any recent good deals...I'm looking for 12/18 months contract with maximum cashback and approximately 300-400 cross-network minutes?0 -

Have a look through them all??!! - If someone advertises the good ones, they'll be snapped up pretty quickly so no one who spends time going though them all gets them!0 -

I sent a pdf copy to M2 Your Door and received my cheque within 10 days of sending - why cant CPW and related companies manage this timescale?
They send you your next claim form with your cheque - once again why can't CPW and related companies do the same - because they want a large proportion to fail to claim!I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
