THAT is one of the best statements I've seen on this site in a LONG time!

    LoL Thanks!
I think I recall many moons ago reading one of your posts basically saying the same!
  • Guys, I added vodafone passport onto the account, would this invalidate the claim?

Learn from the mistakes of others - you won't live long enough to make them all yourself.

My understanding is that they only look at the monthly rental amount on the bill, and if its same or more than you orignally contracted for (same tarriff or not), they pay you out. Get it in writing tho.

Ali - what form of recorded delivery did you use?

I used 1st class recorded delivery not special delivery, after a couple of days phone to check if they have received it, after approximately 14 days they pay the cheque, i sent my 2nd clim and been successful.

I sent a pdf printout of my vodafone bill. to mobile2yourdoor. my claim date last month was the 10th August 2009 and the latest bill i received was on 16th August 2009 so sent that bill.

Relax; this is nothing like a cpw company - at least for now. Pray cpw doesn't take them over and you'll be fine!

After all the problems I had with that awfull company mobiles.co.uk I have to say M2YD were brilliant !!!
Even the number was ported in only 2 days ..Fantastic !
It's not just about the money
  • Now you know why I've been so vocal with a company that talks big and produces little when there's a dealer around like this one who is at the other end of the scale!

Just to let you all know, I just got a text from M2YD to say that they'll be sending me a cheque in 10 days. I sent my claim in with an online bill print-off, and I sent it 1st class last Thursday.

I am incredibly impressed with M2YD!
