  • I sent my latest claim (No 2) in Wed 16 Sep (as printed on their very straight forward form).

Received text Friday 18 Sep informing me the claim had been successful and cheque would be with me in 10 days.

    Similar timescale to claim 1.

    Impressive.
I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

They are impressive. They are also very consistent and extremely reliable, efficient and honest. Just a shame that at this time the offers aren't as good.

I wouldn't hold them to the ten days - but payment is always well within the timescale of the t&c and I usually get paid within about three weeks.

got a letter saying there were some anomalities with my chequeback claim, its 2 of 4. When I rang in they did not know what they were? so have been asked to fax my bill in. I was just checking online to see if this company were still good to their word, as a well known person's phrase keeps springing to mind
"past performance is not a true indicator of future perfomance" hope they are not starting to go under with the recession. No good deals either :( Ill keep you updated!

  • My 12 month contract with Vodafone ends next month. So far my first 3 out of 4 cashbacks have been pretty straight-forward. This is a terrific Company when you compare it to CPW & its subsidiaries.

I am now going to be looking around for a new deal and would like to port my number when I do find one that I like. As Vodafone asks for 30 days notice to cancel, on what date should I request the PAC and on what date should I start my contract with my new provider bearing in mind that it takes a few days for the number to be transferred over after presenting the PAC. I also don't want to jeopardise my final cashback payment.

I had begun my contract with Vodafone on 11/12/2008 and would appreciate any suggestions of dates.

I have also found them very straightforward to deal with and now have 3 out of 4 successful claims. 12 months isn't up until the end of January therefore will need to start looking for the next deal n the new year.

The final claim form should have come through for you by now (with your last claim) therefore once you have submitted that with the last bill before it, and they have acknowledged/despatched the cheque then you should be in the clear to move on? Check with them if you are unsure.

They still dont know why it got rejected, but they are paying up! so on each cashback date I have to fax my bill to them and they have paid the cheques, suits me as its cheaper than recorded delivery! where are the deals though?

please some one let me know of a minimum 8 months free contract on M2YD via PM I am due to renew feb hope it improves :o

  • Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could help.
I ordered a phone off M2YD on Friday morning. Recieved a confirmation email instantly & havent heard anything else. Do they send another confirmation email to let you know you have been accepted or will my phone arrive on Monday??
    Thanks

From my experience no - you get one email for receipt of order. If anything is wrong, then you might get another email to say so - otherwise you will get the phone being delivered probably Monday, might be delayed because of Christmas - might be Tuesday at latest I think.
Same goes for Phones4u (who own mobiles2yourdoor) - same mechanism.

I am not sure but you may like to try their web site on something along the lines of: track my order?
