You cannot use MCOL as they currently don't owe you any money!
And up to now they haven't prevented you making a claim. You cannot use MCOL to get peoplt to reply to e-mails!
Keep copies of your correspondence, then if they fail to pay you when the time comes, then you will be able to use MCOL.0 -
It may be of interest that this company AND its parent Phones4Udirect (and I am not impressed at ALL by them) no longer offer ANY Orange pay monthly phones. I wonder if it was one of the dealers (or two depending on how you see them) which was "pulled" recently.0

Quentin what do you make of the fact that they are changing their own Ts & Cs saying they won't send the forms until later? The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

It's not really too relevant to the whole purpose of the contract.
Presumably they have some reason for this, and the late despatch of these items doesn't substantially change the contract.
It does give us an insight into how efficient they are, though.0 -

Got this email today from M2YD...
...looks like you'll need to be very careful to make sure that you get the claim form in good time to make the claim! And who knows what will happen if you have the nerve to move house before they send it out.....
"Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to recent customer feedback it has been necessary to amend the cheque back promotion, this doesn't affect the terms and conditions of your contract or cheque back promotion. You will now receive your cheque back claim form 14-28 days before your claim is due. This is being amended on the website to reflect these changes.
Kind Regards.
