I hope that you're feeling better now. I don't know what I would have done in your position- although I have fallen out with someone that I considered a friend for something that they posted on Facebook and refused to take down, even at the price of our friendship.
With family, though, it's a much stickier situation. Kudos to you for not being annoyed at your sister; I always get annoyed at people who try and take the 'middle ground' even when it's clear who's in the wrong.
