Heya Tallgirl, I've missed you and your golfiness. Seen your name hovering around the DF in 3 board and wondered why you'd abandoned us lol. Welcome back :grouphug: Welcome backs are always great, and they are only better when people come back with success stories or to gloat :rotfl:0

 TallGirl! I remember you well - good luck!
Is Monday still weigh-in for those of us not on plans? If so I'll register a big 'nil points' - haven't lost an ounce! In fairness it's been SO cold haven't been out with the pram at all, but can't excuse my lack of Rosemary Conley DVDing or the family-size bar of fruit and nut ...0 -
Maintained last night at SW - could have been worse as haven't been concentrating at all! 0 loss for me this week!0

Hmmmm, I don't know how much I have lost this week. I have a pair of WW scales (silver ones) and you can either just stand on them to get your weight, or press the program button before you stand on to get your weight, and body fat percentage, BMI etc.
On the first reading I was 10st12 (a 2lb loss) and on the 'program' reading I was 10st4!!! I have NO WAY lost 10 pounds in a week, so I'm more inclined to assume that 10st12 is nearer the mark. Trouble is, I've lost all confidence in the scales now- they are obviously not working properly. Anyone else have the same prob with these WW scales....am I doing something wrong?0 -

sounds very weird, you've convinced me to definitely not buy any until you have confidence in them though, so thanks for that.
Eels, weigh-in is any day you like during the week, it's purely individual. The chart is updated on Wednesdays.0 -
Haven't weighed myself - because I am not to do it more than once a fortnight if at all, but went in another notch on my belt this morning despite me having a fall on friday and polishing of a 100g bar of montezuma very dark chilli chocolate and a bottle of red wine. I did behave the rest of the weekend though and managed to go to two fitness classes on monday as I had the day of work and finished things I had to do before before 1pm. My GF says I am more girly than her for having the wine and chocolate (she was on a sleepover shift with an Enable client). I needed to unwind after a week of being short staffed in work, I was doing the work of 3 men (probably Larry, Curly and Moe)The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. I don't believe IT!!! Sainsbury's have just delivered my 2 weekly shop and some vicious nasty gremlin has shoved in 2 things I didn't order: was it extra fruit and veg. No. It was a packet of 8 caramel slices and a french stick .Yes, that's a french stick specially designed for lashings of butter. And of all things Caramel slices - virtually the only cakey thing I like and I've never ordered either from Sainsbury before. Of course I've suggested to my OH I should throw them both away straight away but he howled in protest. And Sains won't take them back, it's not worth their while to send a driver round.
The caramel slices are calling me...bb...bb.. come to us, we love you...
