Morning all
Well I'm feeling a bit better this morning, thank goodness - apologies for being so full of woe yesterday!
Thanks to everyone for all your good wishes - I think your positive thoughts are doing the trick.
Delly - thanks for agreeing to take on the chart, I do appreciate it. I've been using the old 'not enough time' excuse not to do regular exercise for too long so this will mean I have no excuse. It would be good if you started the new thread as well, as it means you can have a link in it to the latest chart, and you can update it each week. And what do you mean you haven't been around long enough - you were around before me!
Efriese - thanks for offering too, maybe you could be a reserve for times when Delly can't do it?
I'll catch up again later, in the meantime, I've still got to finish unpacking, and sorting out the washing and ironing!
LL
Edit to add a p.s.
Just read Suggs' post so thought I'd make a suggestion, which is that Delly can write a short post about the chart and a link to be added to Suggs' post, then Delly can include a link to the latest chart in her post. Does that make sense? That's how we used to do it when Honey and Cheekymole started the threads, so you could check Lose Weight 10 or 11 to see how it worked.Start BMI - 38.7 Current BMI - 31.2 Target BMI - 26.30 -

a very tough gammon steak, the waiter came over and asked about the meal and I told him it was tough and he said ' would you like me to send someone over and talk to you about the toughness of your gammon?':rotfl: I said ' what like a gammon counsellor?':rotfl: :rotfl: He seemed a bit confused by that:rotfl: In the end hubby ate it and I swapped it for some of his chicken, great fun evening:D
