    50g fructose sugar
    1/4 tsp mixed spice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    juice and zest 1 orange
splash of calvados, brandy or cider, (optional) For the topping
    100g wholemeal flour
85g butter, very cold and cut into cubes

For the vanilla crème fraiche, mix all the ingredients together. Serve dolloped on top of the crumble.

    Ingredients 2 lemons
    3 medium eggs
    200g fructose
    55g plain flour
    200g ground almonds
    1 tsp baking powder

How to cook low-calorie lemon and almond cake Put the lemon in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Halve the lemon, remove the pips, then purée in a blender, skin and all.
Preheat the oven to 170C. Oil a 20cm, round springform cake tin and line with a disc of baking parchment.
Beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and thick.
Fold in the flour, baking powder, almonds and lemon purée.
Pour into the tin and bake for one hour until the top is golden.
Do keep an eye on it for the last 15 mins as fructose sugar is slightly more likely to catch. The cake will be fairly dark though.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes, then turn out on to a rack and cool completely.

    Serves 2
    Prep time: 10 minutes
    Cooking time: 10 minutes
    365 calories per serving
    Ingredients
    For the marinade
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    A pinch of smoked paprika
    Salt and white pepper
2 free-range chicken breasts, cut into 2cm strips For the garlic sauce
    150g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
1 clove of garlic, peeled and grated
    1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
    A squeeze of lemon juice
    Salt

How to make Lebanese chicken kebabs with garlic sauce and pickles To make the marinade, stir together the garlic, oil, paprika and seasoning.
Add the chicken and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
To make the garlic sauce, mix together the yoghurt, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. This can be made up to a day in advance if it's easier for you.
Heat a griddle pan until smoking. Thread the pieces of chicken on to two wooden skewers (if you soak the skewers before using them, they will not burn).
Lay the kebabs on to the griddle and cook for five minutes on each side or until cooked through. Lay the wraps on two plates and spread over the garlic sauce.
Lay two lettuce leaves on each, one of the tomatoes, three of each of the pickles and finally top with a kebab and a dash of Tabasco.
Fold the base up towards the middle, and the sides in. Serve immediately.

Thanks Serendisglair - I think I will stock up some for Green days then - obviously better avoided on red days. Nice to know though! Shame to miss at that price - they are hardly going to go off! Favourites are beef and chicken (both noodles and rice)

Hey everyone, hope you're all well and enjoying the weekend (it took me about 5 minutes to work out what day of the week it is!). Hope the September Challenge is going well for you and if not, keep positive and it'll happen!Just spotted a thing about water - not to put anyone off drinking lots of water (which is very good for you) but it is possible to drink TOO much. Unhelpfully, I can't remember the exact amount (my brain is frying in the heat) but I reckon 4 litres as an upper limit is good (besides, you'll be weeing for England with that lot inside you!)Can't do smilies on here for some reason but I am smiling at you loads and wishing you well.Take care and good luck for Wednesday xx
