Victory Could you please put the recipes on here? I've been to the site but don't want to register (or, more honestly, cough up the dosh ;) ).

You can get some of the recipies from the program here petrichor

    http://www.channel4.com/life/microsites/C/cook-yourself-thin/recipes.html

No need to register for these few....there is also a book on amazon for about £5-8 so you could alway ask your local library to order it in for you
  • By the way, well done Victory for having a go at the recipies...I'm forever looking at recipies but never get round to trying them!

By increasing your water intake on a daily basis 'should' increase your chances of loosing weight.on the lighter life diet,it is drilled into you that you really need to be drinking 4 litres a day.(i lost 5 stone) in 6 months....

try drinking as much as you can for a 2 week period, what have you got too loose !!!

    and its virtually free.

When I was doing SW I loved pasta and used to syn the dolmio light stir in sauce. I have never been able to make a sauce that comes anywhere near the taste. They are usually so bland and thin. Is your pasta sauce good? I am doing own thing RC way at the moment but I do love pasta and a good free sauce will make the meal very low in fat/sugar and calories.

Quick question to SW fans as I still have not got round to getting a copy of the diet. Can you tell me how good/bad batchelors supernoodles and batchelors savoury rice are? Just that I happen to be (too) big fan of both and they are 5 for £1 at Asda at present, so wondering if I should stock up? (does not seem to apply to the 98% fatfree supernoodles - at least their were none on the special offer stand)
    Thanks
