So we have another birthday, this time Ajax is the one,
a quick review of his past posts will show us what he’s done.
Some people get a reputation, justified or not,
so does our birthday boy deserve the one that he has got?
His quest to introduce new folk to all things made of Quorn
was more successful than his offer, of links to German !!!!!!.
Regardless of the topic he will leap to us peeps' aid
despite him being a member of the dirty mac brigade.
We know he’s brilliant at golf, that it’s his favourite game,
and more than this, we know he’s good, why? Bailey is his name!
To give an old dog house and home, sets anyone apart,
but Ajax gave him more than this - a place inside his heart!
So, ol’ chum, here on this thread, we hope you’ll stay for keeps
because you’re truly one of us. One of the Super Peeps!!
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Keep weighing starlight otherwise human error will creep in. It would be so easy to slip in another extra points worth here or there. Weighing gives you clear boundaries so it is far less tempting to add a few more grams here and there becasue 'surely they won't make any difference'.

Thats part of the reason I do points, I need the discipline of knowing how much Im allowed and when to stop. Its so easy just to be a tiny amount over but it could be an extra point, do that every day and bang goes your weight loss that week0 -
going to be reading this with interest.
started weights / cardio / better diet a few months back after the scales tipped 18st. lost just over a stone in a week

............. then nothing for 2 months (using same clean diet + exercise) there just has to be something wrong with that.0 -

I fully agree, if you get complacent then yes it can just add to the points and before you know it you have maintained or put a tiny bit on and do not know why but it is obvious why if you write it in the food diary and look back at what you actually ate...0 -

. Suggest you wait til you get home where you can enjoy perving (quite legitimately in my opinion)

....just had a look... was funny to try all different sorts of combinations... purely in the name of research of course0
