different thing, the food diary isn't the tool you use to get the syn values, it's the equivalent of the WW Points Tracker. Being told not to use the scales is like being told not to use the syn values book(s).
.....yeah? Speak up, don't leave it there
... blinking flip, what time did you wake up to have boiling soup to take to work? I dare you to tell her to be up at 5 in the morning, cos I aint gonna
As for the bonus points - I'm sorry to tell you that you have to earn them through exercise. Up to 12 activity points per week can be converted to bonus points. You use the points calculator's reverse side to calculate the activity points (based on your weight, time and intensitiy)Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -

I do, but sometimes I just like the real stuff.
While I understand your point about your 18 points friend, the reason she got that allowance is that it's her 'losing weight' allowance and is healthy for her as a lighter, more mature woman. A 15 stone man in his 30s can't do that, so the "try that sometime" isn't really fair. She's given what she needs to get through the day, same as you, same as me. That make sense? I know what I mean lol.
For God's sake don't EVER let her hear you call her mature - she's only 35 but she's very petite, I believe one inch less on her height and she'd officially be a midget.Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.Get out of dead end job and work for career I always wanted.0 -

........:rotfl: blimey, I made an assumption based on the low points allowance. Maybe we agree to keep this between us huh?0 -
afternoon all, hope you're having a nice weekend. BB, glad to hear your official birthday was so much fun, you deserved it. Some very interesting debates on the finer points of slimming here - FWIW I use bodyoptimise, SW online only thing and I fill in my food diary every day. I find it's just too easy to go astray if you don't. KAtyK hope you found your rabbit(!) and manage to get some sleep today. LOL Seren at the bit about the sports bra, here's a link that will make you laugh in return(and keep the boys busy for hours)

Thanks for the positive comments about the swap box idea. I thini it would be nice to do it for Christmas. IF you are interested, drop me a PM to register your interest - don't send me your address yet! IF there are enough peeps up for it I'll post something a bit more official in a week or so to start the ball rolling.0 -

This is probably very naughty as I stopped going to the meetings about a fortnight ago but my password lasted for ages and you can sometimes find the SW password online in other forums

Oh, I didn't realise Mrs A was greek...:D .
Just back from a 5 mile hike: up the very big hill behind us, to Brighton race course where you get 180 degree views of the channel: too misty to see the Isle of Wight today but could see the chalky cliffs of the seven sisters to the east. Official knackered but feeling virtuous:A .
Will check out the website for you Ajax as no one else has replied yet. Back soon...
bbI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0
