good morning guys. Hope you are well. I have been excellent on WW and hope to have lost a couple of lb when I weigh in on Wed. Decided to make a point free soup last night. Wasn't too confident about how it would turn out but it was gorgeous, so I am trying to achieve the same result with the pan I am making now.WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030

Welcome back mistywoo :T I was pleased that you hadn't put on as much as you thought :jit makes things so much easier :j ...
...Sorry to read about the poorly Bailey ajaxbut glad that he's perkier today :j When my old girl got arthritis she still wanted to go out for her walks despite the fact that we ended up carrying all the way with the exception of the last 10 yards:rotfl: but it kept her happy...
...megatron a stone in a week :j Well done you  ...
...And Well done annie :j :j ...
...Well, what little confidence I had this morning has now gone!!!! I went to the Drs and waited and waited and waited until I looked at my appointment and found that I was a week early:rotfl: :rotfl: Why didn't the receptionist say something? I'm sure they were all laughing at me, and now I feel totally stupid
It wouldn't be so bad but I've run out of tablets so I've got to go back up and see if I can get a repeat for now. I hope it's a different receptionist. Oh boy! Bonkersville here I come :rotfl: ...
...katiepc I like the idea of the parcel thingy, can you give us more info on it? What sort of things do we put in it etc. (I'm a bit slow today^
) Sorry
...
xxxxI wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latterbut my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

ajaxgeezer wrote: »Anyway, back to WL.... if nothing changes before weigh-in tomorrow, I'll have ......a maintain, so that's good
.... in fact, what the hell am I doing? It's my birthday and here I am being good because of weigh in "tomorrow". I have a huge block of Dairy Milk mint crisp choc in the fridge and my favourite real ales to go at!!!
No-one says weigh in has to be the same day every week, right? So stuff this for a game of soldiers, today is my weigh in day this week. I'm so stupid!
Delly can you please put me down for a maintain this week? I'm delighted with that.
Tomorrow will still be the big night though as MrsA can't re-arrange her WW weigh in as easily as I can re-arrange mine

going to be reading this with interest.
started weights / cardio / better diet a few months back after the scales tipped 18st. lost just over a stone in a week
.
.
.
............. then nothing for 2 months (using same clean diet + exercise) there just has to be something wrong with that.
... megatron, you must have known that this was unsustainable as well as unhealthy. I'm not surprised you hit a block after that first week, the body just isn't meant to have things like that happen to it. Very fast weight loss leads to flabby skin too, which is as unsightly as the weight in some cases. I'm guessing you're male from the nick, but last time I guessed I was totally wrong, so.... are ya??
Stick around here and aim for a 2 - 3 lb weight loss to start with, and then down to a pound or so as you get nearer to where you should be. It doesn't have the wow factor when you think of the numbers but it's a hell of a lot better for you.0 -
Have a great birthday Ajax!!!!!!! :beer:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

I did, big time. I think I'm going to have to accept that I'm one of those people who will pile it on more than others if I have a bad day but if evens itself out if I catch up? Water retention, short term mass, I have no idea ?? It just seems to happen. All ideas welcome anytimeDifference between Saturday morning and this morning was 7lb - the same amount I put on just before the weekend.

Hi everyone, from India!:hello:
It's sweltering here which you would think could help with the weight loss, except that everything is SO sweet/salty/spicy!! There are men on the street with scales but [STRIKE]it was never an option[/STRIKE] I decided against the public humiliation of being the white girl on the scales :rotfl:
Having a fantastic time here - India is so dirty and smelly and full on... and I LOVE IT!! It's so great to be back again, and it feels like my expeditions are in sight again, one day. We have just seen an elephant walking down the street, they are truly awesome creatures!
Hope you are all doing well and have good things to report this week. Sorry I can't read through all the posts but I'm sending you all good vibes.
Looking forward to enjoyig the rest of my trip then starting with WL whatever we'll be by then!
