edit: reckon we should remind her that it's all so salty and spicy cos it's all off? :)

 That'd be a bit like the hypnotherapy appraoch of imagining all your food covered in cr*p .... or Swedish p*rn as Ajax thinks.
  • glad you all enjoyed the shock absorber link. i can't imagine it helps them sell many bras but it's still entertaining. MY OH has been trying to make it work as a screensaver but with no luck yet. Ajax, happy birthday, hope you have had a wonderful day so far. Enjoy that chocolate and real ale, you deserve a treat! Bodyoptimise is £20 per month or if you sign up for like 6 months you can get it cheaper. It's not exactly MSE but I find i use it every day religiously, filling out my food diary and checking up syns. There's a great recipe resource and lots of other stuff. I have thought about going it alone but I know that using the online resource really helps motivate me. PM me if you want more info - you can have a peep at mine if you promise not to fill my food diary up with loads of syns! Welcome to Mistywoo, we're a friendly bunch on here, I'm sure you'll find the support you need. Huge congrats to Annie and of course to Starlight!! So impressed!!

Petrichor, I think you put whatever you want in your parcel. You have a budget to stick to but it's up to you what you spend it on - of course you can have a good old scroll through the thread to find out more about the person you're sending to. I just filled mine with interesting stuff that I thought might be enjoyed. OR we could have a theme - 'not chocolate' or something?

By the way Ajax did you know Starlight has connections on another forum that will give you the points values on your chinese takeaways? If you ask nicely, she might let you see.

Oh I HATE photos!! Ill find somewhere to upload them. Ive got them all in my Minimins gallery but Im not sure if non members of the site can access that

You might find this link useful - I love my weekly Chinese

........I'm still on it from when I was a SW member kpc, they send me emails asking why I haven't filled in my progress recently  . I'm dispapointed with the price as it's the same price for being a full class member and that includes the Lifeline Online too. Like serendis said yesterday, it takes them ages to take you off
