Form has a 15 at the bottom, after the code, does this mean it's because it is 2015?0

I wouldn't read too much into it.
What form do you get if automatic renewal ?0 -
I tried to renew my child tax credits online this morning. Went through the whole rigmarole of security questions as now you have to apparantly be 'verified' by one of several companies before you can do this. I chose the Post Office, but after answering all their questions including name, address, date of birth, how long lived at address etc, I was told "Sorry, we are unable to verify your identity. We cannot tell you why" blah de blah... !!!!!!??? I'm 54 years old and was born here in the UK and have a NI number, lived in same house for 20 years, what is it about me they aren't able to verify? Then to make matters worse I tried phoning the helpline, another set of questions from an automated voice that you had to say the answers to, finally got through, it rang for all of about 30 seconds before I was told "Sorry, we are unable to take your call at the moment. Please try later" - then the line went dead.....
Sod it, I've put the bloody thing in the post (got to put a stamp on now, I don't remember that before!) Grrrrrr!!!!!!0 -

I couldn't verify online with any of the company's.
Luckily when I called they answered instantly.0 -
I wouldn't mind, but I have a post office account and I'm also an appointee to collect my elderly relative's pension for him. I had to submit untold documents to the PO for that one. Can't see any reason why they are unable to verify me!0
