I have not had my yet not even been issued, and normally we are at the same time

I received my renewal pack on the 27th and completed it online the same day. I then received a text message on 1st May saying Thanks for your tax credit renewal. Processing may take up to 8 weeks from today. Only call us if you have changes to report.

I then received a letter yesterday dated 30th April for a childcare compliance check. I have to return all documents asked for by 30th May.

So not sure how long it will really take for my renewal to complete.

I had a child care check 2 years ago and took nearly 15 weeks for renewal to be completed.

i renewed ours yesterday by telephone , got through very quickly , ours was already auto-renewed a few weeks ago but we had to wait for the paper work to come through the post to confirm our income , im on carers allowance and my husband works full time , they had the figures there , i got a text message today to say they are processing our claim and it may take take upto 8 weeks from today to complete . when i rang yesterday they said about 10 weeks .

last year when i renewed they took my mobile number .

Well I never had any confirmation after I renewed online. I've rang to check and he said he can see there is a renewal but last years has not been finalised yet. But there is a new award on its way dated 2nd may for the current year.

He couldn't explain why last year isn't finalised.

But least I know it's in hand however an email confirmation or text for me would have reassured me all the same

Does anyone know why this years award is on its way but last years isn't finalised ? Thought they'd finalise last year before the new year

Looking forward to mine they duplicated my wages into my savings income and so my income for last year was at £72000 can't do anything about it until June renewal pack but £2500 refund on the way including the £22 I've been paying them for apparent overpayment

Not sure I had provisional award dated 19th april with my renewal pack.


THen when I rang yesterday he said I had a new award on its away for the new year 2015-+2016 dated 2nd may but 2014-2015 was not finalised.


He sounded confused too!


Its yet to arrive in the post
