Don't think you'd be in trouble for that.
So try not to worry in slightly out on child care figures but I can never guarantee the exact amount I think I'm going to under estimate this year is rather lose out that end up owing again.

I am still waiting to receive my renewal pack. I have tried calling to see where it is but keep getting cut off. I guess all the lines are really busy from everyone phoning to check up on their own renewals!!

I've had to ring a few times yes

1 to check why I had money difference
2 to check if they received my online renewal as no confirmation
3 to find out if concentrix were real
4 to report a change
Also had to ring concentrix few times to see if they received my docs

I have had a change in payments as well but cant find out about them as yet as haven't received my renewal pack yet. Also had a change in circumstances but cant report them as I cant get through on the phone!!

Well the line definitely gives you the option about the "red line"
I got my renewal in a white envelope this year.

People are going to be calling back several times due to frustration and panic in case the payments just stop. We've all heard it happen and I personally would not like this to happen.

I'm really confused. I renewed on the 30th April.

Mine was in a white one . Red line and 15th may .

how long after renewing did you get yours?

i pay ask nursery for proof ready .
my eldest turns 16 july and goes to college september too . which i hhave already given them that information

Filled my renewal out online around 27th April got a text on 01st May stating it had been received not had any renewal through as yet so looking at around 6weeks now, it did state on text please allow 8 to 10 weeks for renewal to come through.

Received random TC payment today which means that my renewal has been issued. Excited.
