Yes, had a red line. Recently single claim so hoping it's just that.

Would like it verified that a check will be taking place though.

Wonder why it didn't ask previously though?

I got through both times without having to answer any questions. It did say, when I called tonight, that if it's less than 5 weeks since I contacted them then they wouldn't be able to deal with any queries as it was taking 5 weeks to deal with 'them'.

Well I tried asking what partially capped meant and he said it's were I've done my bit and now they need to do there checks . He admitted normal renewals are done within a weeks but now they checking my information before they can send me a final award .
I don't mind but if they need anything would rather they say on call so I can't get it ready

Have your payments decreased then if they are partially capped?

No they increased and this was due to me calling back after renewal with wage figure for 2015-2016 only by few pound .
I asked what it meant and they said just means I've done my part and they waiting to do there's ???

Just carried out a search online and there are no results for 'red lines'. Would have thought there would be some if there was a problem, especially on such as Mumsnet/Netmums.

Can anybody who is being checked confirm that there is a red line on their renewal form?
