Sorry to say people mine had a red lines am been investigated by concentrix.
My renewal won't be processed till the investigation done.0 -
I can't really see that they would make it so obvious as to have a red line indicating that the claimant is being checked.0
-
No I didn't think so either but I think it's just a flag for them!
Maybe they all have red lines0 -
My friends has a red line too so I'm sure it's normal!
I think it just means that a reply is required !
She's already been investigated this year before renewal. She her circumstances are totally different to mine.0 -
Reply required I thought was white envelope ?
Just strange they asking that in call ?0 -
Have u heard of partially capped before ?0
-
Mine was reply required and in a brown envelope !!
Partially captured means that it has to be manually done I think like mine can't be released automatically u till my investigation done. Not 100% sure0 -
I reckon thats right, I remember one year they asked what colour envelope you had or something similar, it's probably just to differentiate between the renewal types.0

It all baffles me .
I'm on my own 3 girls work 24 hours and have childcare for 66 a week .
I'd be quiet happy providing anything they need to be fair .
Only thing is I took 3 weeks unpaid leave when my dad died in March so wondering if they can see that ? And I'll be in trouble0
